With a successful career spanning more than 25 years, Roman has held various senior roles in merchant banking and private equity firms. In the past decade he has been a partner of VPE Capital, a UAE-based asset management firm.

CEO & Director
Maxim brings with him over 27 years of extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various Global Markets businesses. Most recently, he served as the CEO of BCS Prime Brokerage in London, and previously managed HSBC’s EM Local Currency Fixed Income business in the EMEA region.

Kalpesh has 25 years within HSBC Global Markets where he held several senior positions within Risk & Control including most recently as CCO of Global Fixed Income. He also had extensive exposure to MENA region in his role as COO, Global Markets MENA out of HSBC’s Dubai office for 5 years.

Hochman
Board Consultant
Board Consultant James brings 30 years of experience in Asset Management. He successfully managed various discretionary portfolios for Caxton and Moore Capital as well as established and managed a multi-strategy fund for Graham Capital out of London. Most recently he was a CFO for a private equity firm in the US.
